ok so I was having so many problems with my computer and ignored the little signs until one day, my computer started freezing..before that happened, my usb and windows media player were acting up, especially the usb plug-ins. At times, it wouldn't detect my devices. My aunt suggested De La Cruz computing, and I was a bit hesitant b/c I didn't want them to delete/loose all of my files. Well as my computer completely stopped working. I decided to give a call and a few days later, i took it, only had to wait for 4 hours! It was ready so quickly!
When I got it back, they gave me a list of what causes viruses, how to keep my computer safe from the viruses, and what to stay away from, and what to never do..I highly recommend their services! You can even contact them at any time and they get back to you, it's so easy!!

I recently purchased a customized computer from Delacruz Computing. This computer is by far the fastest, most efficient computer I have worked on. Sometimes it's hard for me to keep up, it works that fast! It has everything I need on it, and none of the stuff I don't. It's not just the software itself, the case it all comes in is amazing! Jennifer and John were both very thoughtful when it came to designing my computer.

It doesn't stop at the computer. The service I received from Delacruz Computing was top notch! I have since run into one problem that I needed help with. I called Jennifer Delacruz and she stayed on the phone with me for about 30 minutes, walking me through the problem, and got it fixed. They both made it so simple for me.

I will continue to do my business with Delacruz Computing as well as recommend them to family and friends.

Jennifer and John are great in every way. They take care of all your computer problems at any time of day or night. I was able to stop by on Super Bowl Sunday and Jennifer was very friendly about the whole situation. She took care of the problem right away and I still had time to take care of the rest of my Aaron's. I recommend Delacruz Computing to anyone who has desktop or laptop problems. Great job!!!!!!! Jennifer and John have fixed a couple of computers for mutual friends as well as myself. they did a wonderful job, very upfront and honest. You can take it in at whatever time and there more than happy to fix them. great service and computer works great. i also bought a computer, she customized it for my needs and I'm very happy with it.
